ニューヨーク在住のベーシスト、加藤英樹率いるGreen Zoneのセカンド・アルバム。バグダッドの米軍管理区域の名称をグループ名に配し、"アメリカ帝国主義"の現在を題材に作曲された楽曲群を奏する、GROUND-ZEROの初期メンバー３名を擁するヘヴィーでダークなスリーピース・バンド。2006年３月の国内ツアーの録音を、ライヴのダイナミズムを存分に生かしつつ、大胆にリミックスを施した快作。

Green Zone is led by the NY based bassist & composer Kato Hideki. The heavy and dark sounding band was named after the US military base in Bagdad and formed by the founding members of the legendary group, Ground-Zero. The music is based on the current US invasion in Iraq, the American imperialism and beyond. Their second CD, "Bayt" is a bold remix of their dynamic live performances from their Japan tour in March, 2006.
